Role Summary

The Manager, FGS Program Management, plays a critical role in advancing FGS’s People?First agenda by creating important engagement opportunities, strengthening community connection, and supporting a positive associate experience across the organization. This role is also responsible for coordinating FGS Data Analytics Request management and training implementation across enterprise teams, ensuring smooth delivery, tracking adoption, and refining offerings to improve engagement and impact.

The role is focused on tactical execution, program coordination, and facilitating alignment across decision?makers and program owners to deliver on agreed priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Associate Experience & Community Engagement

  • Coordinate and support initiatives that strengthen associate community and develop a People?First culture across FGS.

  • Play a facilitator role in the FGS Associate Council, helping capture associate perspectives, supervise associate council recommendations & actions needed, understand current?state opportunities, and support updates to program strategy.

  • Lead or assist with event planning and execution for CSO, SLT, and FGS?wide activities, ensuring smooth logistics, communications, and execution.

Events Planning & Operational Support

  • Manage FGS event coordination (SLT, ELT, Regional visits, Regional Events, all Associate forums etc.) including coordinating with admins/partners for scheduling, communications, materials preparation/coordination from contributors, and onsite/in?virtual support.

  • Ensure events and engagement forums are structured, purposeful, and aligned with organizational messaging and goals.

  • Track event feedback and partner with stakeholders to continually improve the associate engagement experience.

Training Implementation & Delivery

  • Coordinate training implementation across enterprise teams, ensuring materials, schedules, facilitators, and audiences are aligned.

  • Track, report, and analyze training participation, adoption metrics, and feedback.

  • Work with program owners and SMEs to refine training content, enhance relevance, and boost engagement.

  • Support communication and rollout planning for training initiatives.

Cross?Functional Coordination

  • Act as a connector across functions, bringing together decision-makers and program owners to ensure alignment, clarify expectations, and help drive execution.

  • Partner with Data Analytics, Communications, HR, Learning & Development, Security leaders, and other stakeholders to support consistent messaging and integrated experiences.

  • Ensure follow?through on action items and help maintain momentum across initiatives.

Skills & Competencies to Strengthen

  • Basic understanding of training delivery principles and change?enablement fundamentals.

  • Fundamentals of data analysis and reporting.

  • Learning mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.

  • Event planning and coordination capability with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders while supporting tactical execution.

This role strengthens the overall associate experience and ensures that FGS associates, and Fidelity associates more broadly, are informed, connected, and prepared to work towards Fidelity’s safety mission. By coordinating events, facilitating training, and supporting community?building initiatives, the Manager helps reinforce organizational culture, strengthen communication, increase training effectiveness, and support the execution of FGS’s People?First strategy.
