Temporary staffing

Fidelity TalentSource is the in-house temporary staffing provider for Fidelity Investments, recruiting talent for regional and investor centre locations. Hiring process

When you apply to a position, your information is measured against the job requirements. As our recruiters match candidates for current opportunities, you may be contacted to schedule a qualifying telephone interview. In some cases, you may not hear from us right away, which may indicate that at this time we don't have an opportunity that matches your skills. Please continue to apply to positions that interest you. We are always looking for new talent.

A background check on all potential employees is required and will include employment and education verification, a criminal, regulatory and credit check (where applicable), a drug screen according to Federal guidelines, and fingerprinting.

Come prepared to market yourself. Instead of just listing your strengths, describe what you have accomplished as a result of those strengths. Cite specific examples.

We are committed to providing the most qualified, best-matched candidates for every position we fill. To ensure this, you'll be asked to go through a pre-hire screening and background verification process which can take several weeks. Then you'll be ready to start accepting assignments.
