The Role
You will play an integral role on our Strategic Planning and Business Management team. We support our business unit by providing overall work portfolio support, which includes insightful data analytics and business intelligence. We maintain and enhance digital tools for efficient data entry, manage key performance indicators, and administer enterprise data and business intelligence tools. Through our collaborative expertise and technologies, we strive to align and optimize resource utilization to strategy, enhance decision-making of priorities for our senior team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, data analytics, computer/electronics engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years in a technology and/or financial services organization.
- Customer Collaboration: Experience in working with customers to identify business requirements and process improvement opportunities.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Experience developing solutions with PowerBI. SQL, DAX, PowerQuery M experience a plus.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently with limited direction in a team environment.
- Task Management: Ability to balance priorities in a team environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Analytical Skills: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, working through ambiguous asks and ideas from concept to delivery.
