Senior Systems Analyst, AI COE & Development

The Role

Are you passionate about AI improving business outcomes? Do you like collaborating on how new technologies can solve business problems? In this position, you will play a critical role in building and maturing Fidelity Charitable’s initial AI-aligned solutions and AI COE. As a senior analyst, you will support and drive requirements, design and develop a variety of solutions across multiple business teams within Charitable.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate a mix of analytical skills, focused on business use cases and customer needs. This associate will be a visible team member, engaging professionally with business and technology resources, and partnering with our product manager to marshal AI use case requests through governance, design, development and prioritization. This role will leverage your existing analyst skills but also grow your exposure to product-level thinking and AI related standards, tools and practices.

Day-to-day, skills required to support success include:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in a business/systems analyst role where you can clearly demonstrate strong interview skills, requirements definition and strong organizational skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly develop domain knowledge to support our associates and clients directly in matters related to their use case needs.
  • Definition of current state and ability to drive ideal future state into requirements and design with your team.
  • Perform data driven analysis to test ideas/hypothesis for AI and identify appropriate quality and success metrics for solution health and business value measurements
  • Hands-on expertise using tools and technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and predictive model concepts and outputs; Direct experience preferred but not required if candidate is actively seeking related education and skill enhancement
  • Experience aligning and working across various business channels in a consultative manner
  • Excellent written and oral communication, project management and presentation skills. The ability to present complex data and outcomes in a simple and clear way to business stakeholders and leadership when required

The Team

This Senior Analyst role is a foundational role for a new AI COE and AI development team still in its forming stages. You would be part of the overall Data Enablement team to which our AI group is aligned and frequently interacting with resources on our Snowflake team, Architecture, Application Delivery teams and various business partners.
