Covington is a fantastic location - close enough to downtown Cincinnati yet tucked away in a beautiful space! Near campus, there are various restaurants, sports, music venues, and more to explore on both sides of the Ohio River. On Covington's campus, Fidelity provides amenities to create a balance throughout the workday. These include hiking along the beautifully landscaped trails and healthy food options from the Fidelity Farm and Flik. There are also opportunities to connect and network with others on campus. For career growth, the MyCareer Center provides tools and resources to learn and grow at Fidelity.

Our work in the Covington community

As active members of the community, we value social responsibility as part of everything we do. Employees in Covington have dedicated their time to local organizations that provide support for at-risk youth in underserved and underrepresented communities and school districts. We’ve partnered with the Boys & Girls Club, Adopt A Class, and Go Pantry, to name a few, to provide mentorship, school supplies, and resources for fighting food insecurity.
