The Purpose

We are building and scaling GenAI-enabled capabilities that support the Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC) from concept through production delivery. This team evaluates, develops, integrates, and standardizes AI-assisted tools that improve how associates work across Product Management, Business Analysis, UX Design, Engineering, and Testing.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build applications, integrations, and reusable services that enable teams to use GenAI optimally within their day-to-day workflows. You will partner with Brokerage and Enterprise teams to deploy practical solutions that improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.

The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience building full stack applications.

  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.

  • Experience designing and developing scalable web applications and services.

  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams.

  • Experience with AWS and cloud-native development.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, system design, and software engineering fundamentals.

  • Experience evaluating or integrating AI-powered development tools is a plus.

  • Financial services experience preferred.

  • Strong development experience with:

  • Java, Spring Boot

  • React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript

  • REST APIs and microservices

  • SQL and database design

  • AWS cloud services

  • Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms.

  • Understanding of modern AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, agents, and AI-assisted development tools.

  • Ability to build maintainable, testable, and well-documented software.

  • Ability to evaluate technologies and recommend practical solutions.

  • Strong communication and team-based skills.

  • Experience mentoring engineers and working towards engineering standards.

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and business functions.

  • Build and support GenAI-enabled applications, services, and integrations that improve product delivery workflows.

  • Develop solutions that support teams across Product, BA, UX, Engineering, and Quality Engineering.

  • Integrate enterprise-approved AI and developer productivity tools into existing workflows and platforms.

  • Partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

  • Work towards reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI-enabled product delivery.

  • Support CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and operational perfection practices.

  • Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations based on business value and technical fit.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise teams to align Brokerage solutions with broader Fidelity standards and platforms.

  • Mentor team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

The Team

This team supports GenAI and Developer Productivity initiatives across Brokerage, providing solutions that enable associates throughout the Product Delivery Lifecycle. The team's responsibilities include evaluating tools, building integrations and custom solutions, establishing standards, and driving adoption of AI-assisted capabilities across functions and teams.
