The Role
This position plays a significant role in the Giving Marketplace operations and customer support teams within Fidelity Charitable during Giving Season. If you are interested in supporting our donors and clients with their donations, matching gifts and payroll deductions to thousands of non-profit organizations, then you may be excellent for this position!
Some of your main responsibilities will be to handle and support our donors and clients in the growing areas of matching gift processing, payroll processing and support of money movement activities in our workplace giving product. You will work with and interface closely with the Non-Profit Outreach team as well as the Workplace Investing (WI) client support and service delivery teams. Activities would include money movement for donations, matching gifts, and payroll deductions; providing Tier 2 charity, and client and donor support. These activities help facilitate moving donated funds from our donors and clients to charities.
The Expertise and Skills you Bring
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Operational money movement processing, support and performance monitoring
- Experience in internal request and customer service case management
- Proven attention to operational process details and a strong, customer-centric focus
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple issues, respond to internal requests and perform regular processing responsibilities
- Experience in process improvements
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
The Team
As a team member on a small but complementary team, we help facilitate employees of our clients to donate to their favorite charities and getting those donations to the charities is what we are all about. As part of our group, you will be:
- Providing excellent operational support through multiple channels to our client services team, product team, non-profit organizations, and our clients
- Providing insight and suggested improvements for end-user, non-profit and internal team use of the product to ensure and improve platform efficiency
- Analyzing data that is sourced from internal and external sources for accuracy and quality
- Actively processing and assisting in the reconciliation of money movement transactions
- Identifying, documenting and developing process improvements to the Team research processes and methods
- Own other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team manager or team lead
