The Software Engineer within Corporate Services Technology, supporting the Associate Business Resource Groups (ABRG) project, plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering technology solutions that enable the migration of ABRG data to a scalable, enterprise grade platform capable of supporting high volume data, with integrations with HR systems and other API-driven integrations.

The Expertise You Have

Experience as a Software Engineer supporting enterprise technology platforms in regulated environments.
Proven expertise in Java with Spring-boot for micro-services.
Proven experience of REST API design, Angular, SQL, and CI/CD.
Nice to have: knowledge or interest in fundamentals of data warehousing and data modelling, interest in data quality (in terms of troubleshooting issues), knowledge of Snowflake (for powering reporting dashboards).
Experience helping with delivery activities such as dependency management, milestone planning, and release readiness.

Strong execution and delivery management skills, tracking progress, managing issues, and supporting on-time delivery of commitments.
An agile mindset and ability to support the needs of business partners
Analytical skills to assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend solution improvements.
Knowledge of modern technology concepts such as APIs, integrations, cloud-based platforms, and data flows, and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication and facilitation skills to align stakeholders, business partners, engineers, and wider delivery team.
Ability to balance multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining clarity and predictability.
