We are seeking a driven and versatile Technical Operational Support Engineer to join our Blockchain Incubator Team. This is a high-impact role crafted for a professional who thrives in the space between operations and engineering. You will build a comprehensive support model from the ground up. You will also develop tools and documentation needed to maintain stability for our emerging Web3 applications.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong operational demeanor and enough software development familiarity. They can start solving production incidents independently during off-hours to assist various core project teams. Are you ready to join a team that’s pushing innovation forward?
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Build-out: Develop and implement a support framework from scratch, including the creation of diagnostic tools and comprehensive user documentation.
- Production Monitoring: Proactively supervise production systems for the Blockchain Incubator’s suite of applications (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and other public blockchain solutions).
- Incident Management: Serve as the first line of defense for off-hours incidents, employing software development knowledge to diagnose and think of ways to resolve issues.
- Multi-functional Teamwork: Partner with the business teams to understand the "why" behind use cases and work closely with the Core Development team to improve product serviceability and stability.
This role is projected as a 50/50 split between active digital asset application support and the strategic building of support assets, with future opportunities to transition into digital asset engineering. This role requires on-call availability to support critical systems outside of standard business hours. Must have flexible availability to work on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP, CKA, or specialized Blockchain certifications.
- Blockchain Infrastructure: Experience working with public chains (e.g. Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin) and understanding of node connectivity, private/public key management, and network solving.
