Are you a highly creative?designer skilled at transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories? Workforce Strategy and Analytics is looking for a Designer to support executive presentations, essential communications, and effective visual materials. In this role, you will collaborate with communications leads, business partners, and senior team members to bring clarity to uncertainty. You will translate business priorities into refined visuals and develop materials that help simplify complex topics for easier understanding and application.The Expertise and Skills you Bring
We are looking for a dedicated designer with a strong visual build background and a proven portfolio. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Build or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
- The ability to build executive-level presentations, branded materials, Sharepoint sites, newsletters, layouts, and graphics
- Apply Fidelity’s brand standards while bringing fresh, modern approaches to building layouts, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition
- Comfort working through ambiguity and asking thoughtful questions
- Experience with basic video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia tools is a plus

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 – $60.00 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors
