Description
The Role: Principal Systems AnalystA successful systems analyst will be a key member of an agile delivery squad but is also involved in solutioning with our Squad Leads / Product Owners to gather & document business requirements, helping with current state analysis of our systems, helping define our technology solution, and partnering with QA in test case preparation. The role requires great collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the life cycle of a product/application.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ten (10) years systems analysis experience required
- Six (6) years experience working within an Agile software development framework
- Strong with database query tools / Strong SQL skills
- Strong level of IT process and technical understanding, and demonstrated knowledge for their area of responsibility
- Demonstrate organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet objectives
- Entrepreneurial problem solver comfortable accepting, proposing and leading change
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a field of study with a combined business and technical orientation
- Domain experience within financial services
- Ability to thrive within the country’s largest grantmaker (over $10BB granted annually for $50BB AUM)
- Experience/knowledge of RESTful APIs, working on front-end and back-end applications

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 – $85 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors
