The Role
- Rapid Software Delivery: Develop and deploy high-quality software in fast-paced, agile environments
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Architecture, Development, UX, and Product teams to design and implement new features
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and technical implementation strategies
- Technology Leadership: Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation

- Innovation in Development & Testing: Collaborate on new technologies to solve Dev and testing challenges and improve automation processes
Professional Experience
- 8+ years of experience developing scalable middle-tier applications
- Proven track record of delivering software in Agile environments.
- Experience in financial services application development is a plus
Technical Expertise
- Core Java (8+ years of experience), Spring Framework (including Spring Boot)
- Deep knowledge of middleware Java stack, messaging technologies, containerization, web containers and test automation.
- Exposure to coding in more than one programming language. All our full stack engineers work across a range of client, middle tier, messaging, caching, and database technologies including Java, Springboot, JavaScript, SQL and PL/SQL.
- Document design options and decisions, and present these in an organized manner to technical as well as non-technical audiences.
- Awareness of event-based systems, functional programming, emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate a test-driven approach to developing software and can build or contribute to automated testing frameworks that can detect any anomalies in functionality, performance, and integration.
- Web services integration and design
- Experience building cloud-enabled applications using 12-factor design principles
- Proficient in Docker containerization
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud deployment and application management
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Strong experience with unit testing and test automation frameworks
- Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with tools such as JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium
- Working knowledge of design systems and scalable architecture patterns

- Proven leadership skills to mentor, guide, and motivate engineers within squads and product areas

- Experienced in Agile methodologies and sprint-based development

Educational Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
