The Role
As production specialist on the Digital Content Management team, you are a skilled team player who can independently, accurately and quickly complete a defined scope of work. For this project, you will learn and use internal tools to create a wireframes (using existing components), populate the wireframes with content (cutting and pasting from approved source materials), and publish pages on Fidelity.com. You will be required to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. While you work independently on most tasks, you will be doing so as part of a team that needs to work collaboratively to meet the big picture goals of the project.

- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools and priorities, and maintain attention to detail across multiple deliverables
- Ability to learn and use enterprise CMS platform with established templates, tools, and workflows to build web pages
- Ability to resolve common publishing issues independently and to surface broader or systemic risks appropriately
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a broader team to complete assigned work and communicate status clearly
- Ability to apply foundational web concepts (HTML, SEO, accessibility) within defined patterns to ensure accuracy and consistency
The Skills You Bring
- Willingness to learn how to update, publish, and maintain digital content using enterprise CMS tools and pre?defined templates
- Execute content updates accurately following documented standards, workflows, and QA processes
- Use CMS preview, validation, and QA tools to identify and correct content issues before release
- Manage assigned work items independently, meeting defined deadlines and quality expectations
- Track work status and communicate progress, risks, and questions clearly to partners
- Participate effectively in Agile ceremonies and manage work through Scrum or Kanban boards
- A personality that delivers amazing customer service in the face of chaos
The Value You Deliver
- Help to ensure that Fidelity websites and applications have a consistent look/feel and user experience
- Participate in the content delivery process of creation, QA, updating, publishing, and management of content for Fidelity’s web and mobile digital experiences
- Adhere to standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, retrieval, and repurposing
- Support SEO, accessibility, measurement, and QA efforts to ensure an error-free digital experiences

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 – $80.00 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors
