Are you interested in working in a fast paced, evolving organization? The Data Exchange Consultant is a member of the Data Ops organization responsible for working directly with WI clients and their vendors, coordinating the transition or changes to their inbound and outbound data payroll files.
  • We review and analyze the standard payroll needs of the Plan Sponsor to determine accurate fit for desired Fidelity services.
  • We establish all ongoing payroll processing to and from the client’s payroll vendor (ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Workday, etc) and Fidelity, as well as define and request payroll systems improvements required for ongoing Plan processing.
The Expertise and Skills We’re Looking For
  • Validated experience in the retirement market, client service or implementation process is a plus!
  • Understanding of requirements from a client, interpreting those requirements and completing a plan to establish the integration to satisfy the requirements.
  • Experience interacting with external clients and internal business partners
  • Validated problem solving and client management abilities with the foresight to anticipate potential problems and to plan for such events.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A strong professional reputation of building credibility and trust with diverse clients
  • Prioritize multiple concurrent objectives, projects, tasks, and can make effective judgments on their prioritization and time allocation
  • Self-starter, self-managed, and motivated with the ability to work independently to deliver results
The Team
Our vision is to deliver outstanding customer experience for all plan sponsors while enabling Fidelity to deliver better outcomes through proactive management of client data issues. As part of the team, we participate in the discovery process with the Client, Prior Recordkeeper, and Payroll Vendor to collect all data vital to complete the Implementation Project. We act as the primary point of contact for the client on the integration of their payroll system with Fidelity. We strive to provide outstanding execution and service and are devoted to client level initiatives that improve the overall health of data at Fidelity
