Production Associate

Description

The Production Associate is responsible for the setup and deployment of participant communications in partnership with the Workplace Investing and Personal Investing organizations and outside vendors. The associate will work with various internal business partners, including Communication Consultants/Analysts, Project Managers, Campaign Managers, and Operations to set up, edit and handle content, and ensure timely delivery of communications. The messaging and material may be informative, regulatory or services in nature.

  • Build or edit content related to participant communications, including email, web or print communications using templates with minor HTML and CSS modification
  • Setup, configure and publish content to be executable for deployment
  • Quality check content, as needed
  • Work with requestors to gain approvals of communications
  • Work with internal business partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery and schedule communications

The Team

We support a variety of business partners within the WI Business Unit with their participant communications needs. Our job is to ensure we complete quality communications in a timely manner for our business partners. We also provide consultative solutions while partnering with our technologies team to meet participant communications needs through several electronic and paper channels. Your role will require you to be highly engaged with an ability to think on your feet and prioritize multiple tasks independently throughout the course of your workday!
